What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 50 pieces per design for stock items. For custom OEM/ODM orders, MOQ starts from 100 pieces per design. We offer flexible MOQ for new customers.

How long is the production and delivery time?

Sample production takes 3-7 days. Bulk production takes 15-25 days depending on quantity and complexity. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and sea freight.

Do you offer OEM/ODM customization?

Yes, we offer full OEM/ODM customization including custom designs, logos (embossed/debossed/printed), colors, materials, packaging, and private label service. Send us your design or idea and we will make it happen.

What materials do you use?

We use genuine leather (full grain, top grain), PU leather, PVC, and other high-quality materials. All materials meet international safety standards. We can source specific materials per customer requirements.
